Join us this Sunday at 9 or 11 AM!
The first step to becoming aquainted with Harvest Bible Chapel is to attend one of our Sunday morning worship services. This is the time and place where we gather together to lift high the name of Jesus in worship, study the Word of God, and spur one another on to love and good works (Hebrews 10:19-25). Whether you are looking for a church home or just planning a visit to the area, we invite you to join us on Sunday at either 9 or 11 AM for one of our worship services. To get the best feel for who we are, we encourage you to attend three consecutive worship services before determining whether Harvest is the church home for you.
We are located approximately one mile west of Ronald Reagan Parkway, behind Gander Mountain, on Rockville Road. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by our parking team and directed to an open parking spot.
What to Expect
What is worship like?
Harvest is a church that is contemporary without compromise— we are stylistically contemporary and committed to the sufficiency of the Scriptures and their proclamation (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:3-4). Whichever service you choose to attend on Sunday, you'll typically experience live contemporary worship music, corporate prayer, and verse-by-verse expository Bible preaching.
What should I wear?
The Lord focuses on the heart more than on the outward appearance, and so do we. You’ll find a wide variety of dress among our congregation— from casual jeans and shorts to more formal. We simply aim to dress so as not to draw attention to ourselves but keep the focus on Jesus Christ alone.
What about my kids?
On Sunday during both services, children ages birth through fifth grade are invited to be part of Harvest Kids, our age-appropriate children’s discipleship ministry. Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the worship service in order to provide sufficient time to register and settle your child into his or her classroom. Middle and high school students are invited to worship with the adults in the Worship Center on Sunday mornings and return on Sunday evenings for teaching and small group discussion with Harvest Students.
